I hate it more many reasons XP but to put it in a nutshell, I hate Twilight because it sucks as a whole. From character design, to the plot, everything! It just sucks.

I tried to read the first book. Only got through three chapters before I was too bored to continue ^_^;

It doesn't get any better, honestly. I read the whole book and it is really just Bella and Edward mooning at each other for over four hundred pages. The actual conflict that isn't Bella and Edward fighting or mooning takes a grand total of three chapters in a 25-chapter book. To be fair, the evil vampires show up in chapter 17, but don't actually DO anything until chapter 20-ish.

The Twilight series is an okay read, if you're used to reading bad fanfiction. (I am.) Edward is a fangirl's twisted version of a disco ball with fangs.

I would've voted for sparkly vampires, but since I didn't have that choice I went for the bad plot instead. Because a writer could get away with a lot if the plot is just good enough. :D
