I didn't think my first drawing for 's birthday was very good. I spent about half as long on it as any of the other birthday drawings I did. So, I drew Sailor Angel again, but worked a lot harder on it. I suppose this could also be considered a gift art for being my oldest internet friend. We met almost ten years ago!

Everything on this is symbolic. The pearls represent the sea and her purity. The thorny vines represent the earth as well as the thorns of sin, which Althea must combat. The ribbons represent the sky and the ties Althea has to the senshi. Her wings are symbolic as her role as Sailor Angel. Her staff is representative of her straight path to justice and the balls on the ends are symbols for her spherical nature; good will always return. Lastly, her seat is a trapazoid because . . . ok, it's just a neat shape.
